WHAT IS YOUR AOG RAPID RESPONSE SERVICE?

If you have an AOG aircraft our Rapid Response Team (“RRT”) will assist you 24/7 365 days. Our RRT experts will find your part and ensure that your aircraft will be back in service with minimal ground time. RRT service fees are available at checkout and will be confirmed by us.

ARE YOUR PARTS CERTIFIED?

The contents of each manufacturer's certification package may vary, so the included items can differ. The Manufacturer's Certification does not always include a Certificate of Analysis (COA); its availability depends on the SKU and supplier. In some cases, test reports may not be available. When placing an order online, it is important to indicate the need for both documents so that we can acquire them and inform you of any additional time or cost involved. Typically, the Certificate of Conformance (COC) is included for traceability. If you require full traceability, please specify this in your order, as we may need to contact the manufacturer. You can add the Manufacturer's Certification to your order and specify in the "Final Details/Comments" section at checkout that a COA is requested along with test reports or a full trace COC.

DO YOU OFFER WARRANTY?

All our parts come offer the manufacturer warranty or certifying facility warranty if available.

HOW FAST CAN I GET MY PART?

While we cannot guarantee delivery times, we are committed to fast shipping. Once a part order is paid for and finalized, we initiate the shipping process on a first-come, first-served basis, unless it is an AOG (Aircraft on Ground) order, which enters which is given priority handling service.

HELP I CAN’T FIND MY PART?

We have millions of parts in stock. If you can’t find your part in our system don’t worry our expert sales team will assist you. Please continue and upload a picture of your part. You can also provide us with the aircraft tail number as this may help us locate your part faster. Once we find your part we will email or text you the quantity available, lead time, and price. We do all the work after that.

WHAT TYPES OF AIRCRAFT DO YOU SELL PARTS FOR?

We sell parts for all types of aircraft, including Piston-Powered Single and Twin Aircraft, Turboprop Aircraft, Jet Aircraft, commercial heavies, and rotorcraft. If it can fly, we have a part for it.

DO YOU PROVIDE FAA 8130-3 CERTIFICATION?

Items intended for installation on a certified aircraft may necessitate an FAA Form 8130-3. If your aviation authority requires this document, we can include it with your order. We can provide the 8130-3 for export purposes or for domestic use on specific items.

Please note that there is an additional fee for this service. The FAA Designated Airworthiness Representative (DAR) performs this service on our behalf. Typically, the paperwork is ready in 2-3 days, although there may be occasional delays. If there is any delay, we will promptly inform you.

For serialized items, each serial number or individual item will incur a separate charge and certification.

WHAT IS A CORE CHARGE?

Some items, like starters, alternators, and fuel pumps, which are regularly repaired or overhauled, are sold on an exchange basis. The price of the overhauled or repaired unit is determined by the cost of the overhaul/repair and assumes that the overhaul company will receive a similarly economically repairable item in return. The core charge serves as a deposit held until an acceptable core is received. In rare instances where cores are not repairable, the core deposit will be refunded. If this happens, you may request the return of your original part, along with the shipping costs if desired.

If you fail to send your part in and your part is designated as having a core charge, you will be responsible for the core charge.

WHAT TYPE OF SECURITY DOES YOUR SITE HAVE?

Upon entering the Shopping Cart Checkout or the Secure Order Form, industry standard SSL technology that is PCI complaint is used to provide a safe and secure shopping environment. All sensitive information such as credit card details, name, address, are encrypted.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCEL/REFUND POLICY?

We will endeavor to cancel any order that has not shipped. Once a part has shipped it cannot be canceled. The shipped part will be subject to a restocking fee of 25% plus any shipping and handling and credit card fees incurred.
